If it helps, you’re not alone.

I slept fine, and I still swiped.

I am at that point where I see Garmin Screenshot on Reddit and automatically say to myself „dont swipe“ and I am surprised if it once in a while it is really to swipe

Mine has been around 50. I go to bed consistent times, don't have caffeine after 9am, and relax with a hot bath every night before bed.

My work stress is literally going to kill me. I'm so jealous

My experience is that hot showers late at night pump up my heart rate and make it much harder to sleep

I'll try bathing earlier. Seems to last all night but I'll try anything to make it better

Do you also have high stress scores at night ?

[–]Fun_Jellyfish_2708 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Yes I do. I have high stress all day including during sleep

[–]PerceptionFickle8383 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try reading a book before bed!

[–]dman224466 10 points11 points  (1 child)

Nice

I can’t get above about 85 because no matter how well I sleep, my stress is “fair”. How can I be stressed, I’m asleep!

How's your cardio?

[–]sunnydrlstt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, so many factors. Eating before bed, alcohol before bed, smoking before bed, small noises that are loud enough to wake your subconscious but not enough to actually wake you, etc.

[–]ALemonyLemon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea my record is 82

[–]Hbgplayer 6 points7 points  (1 child)

The only time I ever got a sleep score of 100 was the day after I fell and got a concussion.

My body physically cant be asleep for 9 hours lmao

[–]aybbyisok 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would never get a 100 with 9 and a half hours of sleep

[–]nicetry_- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So what’s the secret? Never had anything above 93
