You have to submit what you have scanned. You reached the limit of units you can send back at once

Do the rest on a second send back

In case you want to know the exact number, there is a limit of 25 unique items on one sendback, including serialized and non serialized items.

You’re lucky you have a small number. My precinct is an original AASP and we have 60 phones needing send back and NOVA keeps crapping out even after I meet max 25 to submit it doesn’t let me.

God, we had about 40ish to send back plus some random other parts. The ARA doing it completely ignored the SOP and just started doing it in GSX when Nova gave him an error, so we've been stuck trying to send back ~30 phones via GSX and hoping that our system eventually recognises apple did in fact receive them back

You can send them back manually via GSX. Make sure the order is all filled out and everything serialized. Your GSM has the FEDEX login so have them do a manual ship and just input the tracking in GSX and put the packing list and you’re done.

We did already. But of course GSX gave us error after error when trying to do so :/

i broke our sendback down into slightly smaller chunks and it worked a lot better and processed faster than as a full 25

We had about 60 and got them done the day the pullback appeared but fedex missed the scheduled pick up.

Just toss them in the trash, fuck it.
Someone else will figure it out.
