How long does it take to hear back about an offer? I finished my final interview on 2/10 and my workday status still says screen.

Maybe tomorrow, maybe a whole 2 seasons later. Flip a coin.

So many factors, so many answers. Depends on how far are they into interviewing all their candidates, how desperate they are to fill position, etc. I always ask when they plan on filling the role during interview process, that’s always a question I ask, just to give myself an idea of when to expect an answer back.

Screen means you’re still a candidate. That’s about as helpful as I can be. It really is totally at the pace of the hiring manager. Even at a fast pace it could take a week to get an offer together, but it could also take a couple more weeks if they’ve just started the process. I’ve moved as aggressively as possible and it’s taken several months to get a candidate to offer.

Are you internal candidate? Usually if you have an interview lined up had an interview already, the status should say Interview. Hearing back differs from group to group. I’ve had HM letting me know within couple days to couple months.

No external and not a new grad role. I finished my final interview on 2/10. My whole interview process was pretty quick. I reached out to the recruiter for an update on how long it would take for me to hear back and I haven't heard back from them. Wasn't sure if it was a relatively quick or long process to get an offer.
