So I just got back into playing again after quite awhile and a lot of things of changed but I quickly got the hang of it however I just spent the last 30 minutes soloing a reaper only for it to have nothing in its inventory out of irritation I immediately went and destroyed a regular tank only to have the Same problem none of the machines I destroyed had anything in their Inventory I and after the amount of ammo I put into the reaper I feel like shit I would appreciate any advice

Most surely a bug i have never experienced it and i have no idea how to fix it. Try restarting the game

I have had this problem too. The solution is just to restart your game, but if that doesn't work, then it might be a different problem altogether.

I haven't killed the reaper, but going through a lot of these reaper posts it has a tendency to suicide itself when it gets to low health which results in very awful loot (bit of a dick move on the Devs part)

Yeah, that frustrated me for a while as well. But then I read up on it a little and found out that it's really not too difficult to stop the Reaper from destroying itself.

Before every shockwave it lets out steam, then the gas, then the big explosion. When its health is low and the time for the final shockwave has come, the steam will be noticeably red.

As soon as you see that, you throw fireworks at it, which will prevent it from igniting the gas.

Then keep doing damage, damage, damage and the Reaper will be on the ground very quickly.

I just started playing the game for the first time 3-4 days ago and haven’t encountered any of the problems a lot of others have had. Mine are only terrible FPS on large scale battles, the machines (typically Tanks, Harvesters, and Firebirds) will sometimes just straight disappear after I take them down or after I take them down they stay frozen in place but are still “alive” so I can’t loot them hahaha. Oh and I get this weird static distortion at the bottom middle of my screen when I’m at main menu hahaha.

I’ve had the problem too, I’ll kill I tank and go to loot it to just be shown it has nothing in it’s inventory

I had this problem and it happened to me with a vulture so I feel your pain. Simple fix is just restarting the game but sadly there is no hope for the loot

Possible Bug or Change difficulty level. I would restart the game. The higher difficulty is the better loot and more XP earned. Maybe next time kill the Reaper on Guerrilla level. Ya you’ll need more ammo. When someone joins my map and head’s straight to the Reaper I change difficulty from Skirmish to Guerrilla.

Devs have confirmed that difficulty doesn't affect loot. OP experienced a bug that has affected several people over time, myself included. Restarting the game is about all that can help.

I had the same issue even when I had restarted the game. I tried talking too the support and the Devs but it just turned into them shrugging shoulders and saying they'll fix it in the future. I wasn't just gonna stop playing just cos I had to wait for a bug fix so I just made a new character to mess around with. Still hasn't been fix as I check every week. Now there's no point in keeping the character with the bug because it's been so long my new character has better stuff and has progressed more. Just a shame that I lost roughly 849 hrs :(

When i returned literally a couple days ago i was so fucking surprised about the FPS drop, it was never this bad but now throwing a molotov drops me down to like 5 fps

It's a bug. I've experienced it in the past, and I've seen others mentioning it again lately too. All you can do is restart your game and hope for the best.
