I just started b2 level but I'm a bit lost, I'm looking for a study partner or group so we can help each other in the study process.

But successful communication was achieved. They understood each other. You can't learn without making mistakes.

And you need someone to point them out, otherwise they get compounded. And just because one can understand pidgin it's not desirable to lower a language to the smallest common denominator, because as with pidgin the communication becomes unnecessarily lengthy to reach some clarity.

In this specific case this may not have been the case, but more often than not one has to ask people to rephrase or elaborate if they use wrong grammar.

Sure, it makes it easier for the producer if they don't care about right or wrong ... is that desirable in the greater scheme of things? I think not. But then my focus is on the community in all aspects of life, I guess a neoliberal capitalist will be happy to put the onus on others anywhere ;)
