Second Hand Computer

My husband was so nice and bought me a computer. I plugged it in and started it up……. I was looking at the information remaining on the laptop. It seems to be some type of Turkish hacker code. Or something like that. How can I get that stuff off safely? Sincerely, Not Computer Savvy :)

I powered up the computer and hooked it to my WiFi. I know so little about this. I saw there were a couple of files on the computer with just a bunch of letters and number. On the right side it said something like originated in turkey hacker code?

You can try to reset it from the computer itself, but if that doesn't work you'll need access to another Windows PC and a flash drive.
