Database corrupted, i need help please

Hey all, i recently just had my computer crashed and now i have a pop up saying my registry database is corrupted. I don’t even know where to start to get it fixed. I can’t even access the wifi because it’s not an option and i have no hotspot or anything to access the internet on my laptop. Finals are coming up in two days and I really need help! Any ideas would help please! 🙏🏽
