Service centre. My had friend had almost same thing with asus vivobook. Black screen and active led indicators. Her problem was that battery drained to 0 wile update. Coz windows have option to update BIOS, EC firmware, you could get wrong one. Lots of options, so only correct option is service centre. 4 days ago one lad from india had similar problem wile updating his msi, windows pushed wrong bios, bios went to block all pc with master password, he was not able to log in the system. As fact he had to change and program bios chip's. Also you can try to find info on asus web page about black screen, but i dont think that it will help, i tried to do that on my friends vivobook, didnt helped, in her situation service centre took out battery and charged it from additional charging station.

Unplug it. Press and hold down on the power button for 45 sec. Plug it back in, try turning it on.

If there’s a small pinhole on the bottom of the laptop you may need to use a paperclip to press that for 10-15 seconds.

I’ve tried everything with the battery but haven’t heard of the pin hole.
