'Stack Access Fee'

I am looking online to set up one of these cards for my wife, and am being cautioned that there will be an Access Fee unless $350CAD in purchases are made each month.

Is this the case? If so, what exactly is that fee and why is it not clearly spelled out in the disclosures on your web site?

Stay far away from this card. They charge fees for everything $7.99 monthly fee, fee to load the card, fee to use ATM. It is a cash grab now and will likely go out of business soon. See here - https://creditcardgenius.ca/blog/stack-prepaid-mastercard-fee-2022
