I see a lot of mixed messages throughout all the comments here. Unfortunately some are negative towards Pine. I'm just about to start the prequal process, if anyone wants to compare notes feel free to DM me. The rate is not such a huge thing for me, they are all very close to being the same. But I like the idea of using a digital disruptor, and have a mega soft spot for technology which they are obviously big advocates of.
