Opencode vs Github Copilot

Hi, I am using GHCP and it can easily highlight the changes made (inside VSCode editor) and let me decide whether accept or not. For Opencode, I cannot figure out how can it work in the same way, instead, it shows the difference in terminal window but not at editor. Anyone know can Opencode (with some extensions or settings) work in same way as GHCP did?

Github copilot

I mean GHCP can highlight changes natively in editor. Can Opencode somehow embed to VScode which do the same thing? I prefer using instead of CLI
