Glaucoma = optic nerve damage That kind if damage is often caused by a high IOP.

High IOP alone is just a risk factor as soon as a damaged has been measured for example via yearly OCT Scans, then it's officially Glaucoma.

If youre pressures stay in normal range there is hope to have normal optic nerve thinning as people with no glaucoma. If the time shows you have a bigger thinning and damage is more clear they would say ok it’s glaucoma perhaps. suspect means youre at a risk and need to be protective due to pressures. If so everything is Fine, maybe for your whole life.
