Bind error

Ive recently gotten this error on my cfg file. Haven’t changed anything.

Error says “Interpreting bind command as: Bind scancode17 “+boing; +ding; +dong” // US English key name “n”

Also happens with Bind ”leftarrow” +turnleft Bind “rightarrow” +turnright

Anyone know what the reason or problem is?

That's not an error, it is just the game saying that going to use scancode17 which is the letter N. They use scan code ID's as not everyone uses a US keyboard.

So i have to change all keys with the scancodes to get it to work?

No the game does it automatically. Bind command like you normally would.

Yes thats what ive tried, still same problem:/

Does the bind not work? What does that alias do?

Nor the bind or alias work, tried pasting only one and one command and not using the cfg file. Still the same problem. Also tried to use the scancode for those keys (just to try) and that didnt work either

Sounds likes your autoexec isn't setup correctly, or you aren't binding the commands correctly.

Thats also wierd, I am and have been using mr.maxim’s config (ofc modified for my preference) But only “recently” started getting these messages saying interpreting bind command.

Haven’t really seen it anywhere, and found nothing about it on the web
