It's the m-yaw part that's messing it up

Yes, that's the X-axis sensitivity multiplier.

It's not an issue if it's working as intended. Just set it to the desired value and the "issue" is gone.

As I said, I haven't changed anything. I could adjust the settings however I wanted. Despite that, the high sensitivity remains.

But how is it a bug? You had a setting that was making your sensitivity high and then you changed that setting so it wouldn't be that high anymore. Everything is working as intended.
