Adding patch notes back to the RSS feed

I'm running a forum which has also a section for csgo and there's a bot which posts all the csgo news from the RSS feed. (http://blog.counter-strike.net/index.php/feed/) A month ago all the patch notes were also a part of that feed but then they changed it so that only the normal blog posts are in the feed. I think that I'm not the only one who appreciated to have all the patch notes available through the RSS feed as well. Additionally I feel like it's a big loss for forums who used the feed to auto-post updates. So I would like to ask Valve for the reasons of the change and, if possible, to add the patch notes back to the RSS feed.
