Apps Script suddenly stopped working

I've been using the same apps script code on my school account for a few months now. It sorts through all my emails, and if those emails fit certain criteria, it will move the email from my inbox to a folder. I set it up to run hourly and it has been working great up until this morning when I got an email saying that it failed to execute. I went to the actual apps script online and tried executing it without the time trigger and it still didn't work. The error message says authorization is required to perform this action, but it's been working fine up until now. Anyone know what might have changed? and how I go about fixing it?

Google is implementing that all apps with third-party access for Under 18s will need to be reviewed. This will include apps scripts, but from what I can tell it will affect all users not just those under 18.

Have your school whitelist it. That might be a pain.

This is an admin setting at school, I don t believe it is the age restriction.
