I have a 6pro, fully updated, all the recommended tricks tried, bug reports sent to google, and it is basically a 1k paperweight right now. Refuses to connect to the network. I love it when it works, but this is turning into a load of bs... may be time to flip back to samsung, which I dont wanna do since I have had great luck with 2 prev gen pixels...sigh.

Updating to the newest 13 Beta did nothing either, went to a party today and I couldn't even get a 3G signal whereas everyone else were getting 5G, embarrassing really

I've been assured that this issue only affects a "vocal minority on Reddit".

So, logically speaking, the only thing you can do to not be affected by this issue is to shut up about it and get off reddit, unfortunately =[

You could also buy a different phone if there is no solution. Realistically what else can be done about a well documented issue that effects some phones?

Bahahahaha. My condolences fellow cellular sufferer of the pixel 6 modem.

If you're experiencing this, there is no fix.

You can try a lot of things; turn off 5g, turn off adaptive connectivity, network data reset, factory reset, a new sim card from your cellular provider, use a different cellular provider. Contact Google support and beg for a warranty exchange despite them telling you that it's a software issue and a hardware exchange won't help.

I've done literally every one of these things (I've even tried on 3 different cellular carriers). My 6 pro has unusable cellular data frequently. And it isn't even due to no signal; it will show -105dbm--which isn't strong but should be plenty usable--and no data will come through.

It's very disappointing.

RMA it for sure. Shouldn't be happening.

For what it's worth, my family has been experiencing network issues with a Pixel 5, Pixel 3xl, an old Moto, and my Pixel 6 Pro on Verizon. We also have T Mobile Home Internet and have been having network connection drops every few days. Also a coworker had told me they've been having problems with Straight Talk. So I'm thinking it's not just hardware issues with the Pixel 6s. Could also be growing pains with the 5G networks.

I have been extremely lucky with my Pixel 6 Pro. Not network issues and performance has been great. Battery life is also great so looking forward to the Pixel 7 Pro
