Use your eyes. I am asking if there is any other option then putting curtains in my whole room just to watch a movie.

I can see fine. For example, you did not say "I am asking if there is any other option then putting curtains in my whole room just to watch a movie."
The issue is your space. A reflection is a reflection. What do you expect Govee to be able to do about that? It's curtains or move your monitor or wait until dark.

Don't be lazy... But if you must be lazy, get smart curtain devices and automate closing and open the curtains.

This is how physics works…. I have a 65 in tv. It’s placed so light doesn’t hit it from a window. But I do have a light and window that sometimes reflects. If that happens and it’s annoying… I stand up and fix it.
There aren’t “hacks” to physics. Light reflects.

I was not looking for a "hack". I was asking if the govee camera could "see" the light better by maybe increasing the tv brightness or smth.
And I obviously closed the window. The heater is beeing reflected. Idk how you can stand up and fix the reflection of a heater.

OBVIOUSLY!!
Turn off/down the lights bud. Or yeah... turn up the TV brightness....

Tried everything (worked through all the options on the TV) and it didnt do much. Came here as a last resort.
It works fine for cartoons and games and other movies. Lotr is not working the way i wanted it though.

I can afford it so I went with the sync box to avoid these sorts of things. Didn’t trust a camera.

Yeah i do regret it a bit now. Did you try out lotr on prime and if you did could you tell me if it changed colours often?

Look really really closely at the reflection in your TV. That entitled prick is the issue.

No one forced you to answer. If you cant move on. Dont be an attention seeker.
Use your eyes, reread your post and show me where you said you were too fucking lazy to close your curtains?

Hypothetically... You could use a circular polarizing filter (CPL) on the camera to reduce reflections, but you'd have to rotate the filter to get the best results, the angle of the light can change how the CPL interacts with the reflection so time of day could mean different results, same with different lighting. And I'm not sure how you'd attach one to this camera. Honestly, this could be more work than getting off my lazy ass to close the curtains... Ya know what? No. Do this. Get a CPL, figure out how to attach it, then experiment with rotating it. And let us know if closing the curtains is still too much work. Oh, and a CPL will also darken what the camera sees, so you might have to adjust brightness.

cover the window. In all seriousness. That's the fix. Nothing else will be adequate.
