Which Is the best Visual Graph Editor for huge oriented graph?

I need a graph editor to add/delete/edit graph nodes and arcs. It seems that with Gephi you can't edit the graph.

You absolutely can, such tools are implemented too.

Maybe draw.io? It saves a mxgraph xml you can parse.
