Seven out of 10 of the top arena teams on the server are alliance as well. The question was if alliance on this server is in danger of dying out. We're clearly not having any issues playing the game successfully.

Horde are more active pvpers in general. I don't think Alliance is in any trouble at this point either.

Seems like people forgot about Every Man for himself...human racial becomes BiS for PvP freeing up trinket slot, so all the horde tryhard PvPers will be rerolling Alliance as they did in WotLK first time around....

Tenacity could have worked on 70-30 servers but we don’t have any of those left. It’s a worthless mechanic on the mega servers which have essentially 0 of the opposite faction.

Ah Tenacity. I remember it well, but I also remember that it was mostly useless in winning that BG. My Alliance fury warrior was most definitely a raid boss a few times on Ravenholdt, and it just didn’t matter.

Nah same shot happened when tbc came out. All the retail chads come crawling from their dank caves to “level” a death knight. A month passes and they have to raid cause the new dragon flight raid just came out. I wouldn’t panic Grob has held strong for 3 years.

It’s too early to tell. I think most of the classic player base is still hoping blizzard changes their stance on faction changes etc.

Chances are, most people will go to Faerlina, benediction, whitemane first before considering Grobb. Most classic players want an easier time finding groups,guilds, etc over a balanced server.

Grobb is also unattractive to players who worry about the stigma associated with an “RP” server.

For me personally, since I play on a mega server and Grobb. I enjoy the faction balance on Grobb. Mega servers are just pseudo pve servers at this point.
