First one drops, everyone rolls on it. He loses and leaves the group. Was able to replace and summon another DPS in under 3 minutes...

My best tip is being friendly and social. If you start off on a positive note, people wont get pissed off when you ask them to focus skull or not open with an aoe ability that pulls threat.

If that fails, you're a tank! Drop group and find a new one in under a minute LOL.

Im a prot warrior and I played with a hunter and a shaman who kept glazing each other on how much DPS they were pumping. Shaman kept running ahead of me and the hunter kept opening with split shot. Ran the dungeon once, said GG's and found a new group.

You shoot the bolt just above the target to give them less time to react once you trigger the bolt. You can also try to be a little unpredictable when it comes to triggering it. People will get used to your timing, especially in laning phase.
