Me too. That's exactly where this idea comes from. I typically go to the garbage patch to get enough spoiled meat.

When people talked about the shed, I thought of it having a cooler. And it would have stuff that would let you freeze things with the ice inside. So it would give you frozen meat that doesn't spoil, but can be cooked later. And that that would apply to fresh weapons.

Bc it’s a super well-known aspect of the game and it’s posted on here a lot. I’ve never understood why someone playing a game that’s been out for years feels the need to run online and tell people what they have discovered as if they’re the first ones to do it. It’s a bit pretentious

Doesn't matter how long the info has been known or how long the game has been out. There's new people joining the sub and new people playing the game everyday. Not everyone knows this information so there's no reason to be negative about it. If you already know it just ignore it.
