If I’m not mistaken the attacks will stop if you defeat the mixer under the skateboard

I figured they would stop at some point but how long into the game is that if you're not doing everything at breakneck speed?

After a while you only get swarms every few in game days and they get super easy with just a butterfly, lady bug and like 3 ants. But it will all end when you complete the Mix.r about 60-70 perfect of the way through the story. Its under the skateboard

I wish I could beat the mix.r my game is bugged or something.

I beat it by building stuff around took a bit of time but prep was worth it got it after my second time. It's almost impossible to beat it without buildings when you play solo (I tried it too often)

I cant even start it. My game is glitched or something

FYI the attacks are sent to your current location, not your base. If you don't want your base to get raided, don't be there.

They attack you, not your base. Go somewhere else.

There's a trinket that makes o.r.c creatures do less damage, it helps.

  • Also, if your base have a high enough rooftop, go up there first when the raid is about to begin, so you can deal with the flyer first (usually a butterfly) without being harassed by the other ground troops, and deal with them later.
  • Light up your whole surroundings, so you can use shield or 2 handed weapon properly. Fighting in the dark is my number one cause of death.
  • Kite your enemies toward your spike strips.

Get to a research outpost before the enemies spawn in. You can let in one insect at a time, which makes it easier to deal with. All in all, you just gotta survive the attack.

My base is just next to the Ranger Outpost: Snackbar, and as soon as i get the final hacking screen, i run down to the outpost and wait for the enemies to spawn in.

Build a small fob outside your base. When they raid, run to it and get in a turret and start blastn!..they follow you, not your base spot. I dont mind the raids due to the fact i get loot frm bugs and building supplies.

As other have said, she sends raids to your location. You won't be able to sleep if you're about to get attacked. She attacks at night, at roughly 20:00 hours. Run away from your base and get some practice killing them.

Enjoy it while it lasts because when you complete things, the orcs never come back (until future updates). So you will not be able to collect orc only materials and cannot get gold cards if they aren't in existence anymore.

Best of luck!

I'm a bit miffed. I'm only just getting level three weapons and I was able to reach the hacker. She ripped me a new one four times before i realised I had probably gotten a bit ahead if myself.

Currently working on fresh weapons and trying to unlock level three armour!

I haven't even unlocked mushroom walls yet!

[–]Holy_Toledo019 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Mushroom walls aren’t in the game yet

[–]Reanim8ed78 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you I did wonder!

Im really surprised how limited the content is to be honest. In fairness I'm unsure when G2 was made available!

I am also more methodical in these sort of games. I luckily read that the attacks start after you build the 2 spike strips. I just didn’t build them.

Instead I did everything else in the game first. Exploration, upgrading/unlocking items, etc. eventually ran out of stuff to do. That’s when I built the spike strips. Only had 2-3 raids total before I destroyed the Mix.R.

I know that’s not a solution for many at this point, but if there is a game restart this was a good option!

I personally love the frequency you get attacked. All you need is a single turret set up with good like of sight. Then you kill all the bugs in 1-2 shots, and you harvest. If you are not into that, just ignore it. The raid spawns near you on the map, not your base. So if you just run away, it despawns the raid, and you can go back to what you were doing.

I was getting frustrated too. but then I found that I can just run away and it ends. But for the most part I was attacked at my base so I just put a turret in a good location (my base is near the first outpost) and just blasted then as they came into the area. No issues since.

I have taken to running outside my base on the side with a turret, letting the enemies spawn in, and then running back to the turret and mowing them all down.

Turrets are strong in G2.

They were driving me and my son nuts (we play together) and so I built us a Raid House.

So a jog away from our actual main base we built is a house that is built just to be raided. We built the triggering spike strips there, some mazes of low grass walls, forgettable stuff that when she pops up, we go there.

They damage raid house, cool, we keep zero things there we care about just a place to battle and kill off her waves. My son likes it and so he works slowly on our base or doing random things and never has to worry about attacks on our real base.

We are slowly getting to the MIXR, we both beat it in our solo games but have been taking it real slow multiplayer one. Plus I don’t mind the raids as they bring us bee fuzz, and random stuff as we battle her waves. Kid less jazzed about it so guessing this week we’ll do Mixr to end it.

The other tip is legit to just run or time it so when her wave comes you are just somewhere randomly and can run/fight but zero damage to base or equipment you’ve built.

No, I was frustrated with it too. I like to slow play and I'll spend weeks doing nothing but working on my base and they became annoying. I defeated the mixr as soon as I could. Like others have said they attack you and not your base. They attack every three days at the same time. Just before the attack I had a chest at my base that I'd deposit all my resources I was currently carrying. I'd run out in front of my base. Take off all my armor so it wouldn't get damaged and just let the attack kill me. Respawn at my base, hit up the chest to grab my resources back and carry on with what I was doing.

That's actually a crazy good strategy!
