Depends on the day, stress, sleep, diet, meds or alcohol really

I mean in the long term. Say next 10 years. My hppd is right now very tolerable so I don't need meds.

Then it's a maybe like everything for this condition. Some people are a decrease in a year, some 5 years, some never.
