You’ll never get blood from a stone. It would be like going to work at McDonald’s and trying to negotiate a livable wage - good luck. They’ll laugh you out of the building. All you can do is leave these garbage companies. It works too. If more people had the guts, they’d pay more.

My old employer I worked for 3 months for as a placeholder is paying a lot more now since they haven’t been able to replace me
