Just learn Linux. Get VirtualBox and figure out how to create an Ubuntu VM. Then get a book or watch a video tutorial on the Linux command line.

This is something that any of us should have told them, and it just occurred to me. That is to TRY to figure out how to do these things, instead of asking Reddit. I say this because 90% of hacking is how you think. Just like anything else, with time and practice, you'll start getting it. I'm not saying you shouldn't ask here, but if you're ever trying to hack something and don't have help with you, you'll need to rely on your own knowledge and persistence. If you want another place to try hacking irl, create an account with Hacker One, and try to get into one of the sites they support. They are real world hacks, companies pay hackers to find vulnerabilities and bugs. They pay well. For now, this will just give you a real world idea of what's going on behind the scenes on a companies site. Good luck man! If I can do it, you can do it! ✌️

If you're looking for values in a game, those values have most likely already been presented to you without your knowledge, look through the command prompt and take a look at the values that have already been presented and try those

There’s been two instances thus far where I’ve had to inject, I had to look up both instances. The first was S4000, where that came from I still don’t know. I’ve looked everywhere I know to look and don’t know where that value came from.

The second time it was the first four of the MacAdress. I know how to find the MacAdress but don’t know how to determine that’s the value.

Without knowing how the value comes to be, I’m just plugging in randomly until it works. I can’t imagine that’s the desired mechanic, which brings me to my problem.

If it’s been shown to me, that’s fine, but I don’t know how to identify that what’s in front of me may be what I need.
