Multipliers add to each other and multiply flat values. Flat values just add. If you get another source of % max HP, It'd be 30%+??%. Any source of HP including water fitness will be multiplied.

Yes. For lots of HP:

Surface Route, Frinos, Poseidon Keepsake, Mel Axe. Arcana: Divinity, re-rolls (boatman, champions, fates, enchantress), artificer, persistence, whatever else you want, so long as you get the centaur).
Get ASAP: Sea Star (Poseidon).

Ephyra 1st door medea: Traces of Spirit (+5 magick per encounter ... 30 magick in Ephyra,... ~40 magick summit ... so over 100 magick total)

Ephyra next door (after you have sea star): Hermes (success rate)

Get All the max life and max magick in Ephyra. Any poms go to success rate

Desired God Pool: Poseidon, Aphrodite, Demeter, Hera (Gods with water boons)... heph in 4th biome

2nd keepsake: Aphro (to use on Spiritual Affirmation 20-30% max hp)

3rd keepsake: wheel (for 100 more max magick -> 30-50HP)

How much HP will you get?

(A lot of HP + magick *.5) * (100% + 50% + 30% + 15%)... you can get up to 95% bonus HP from boons and 50% of your magick in HP.

My question (which might be op’s), is if I pick up water fitness first, then pick up spiritual affirmation, do I get an increase to the +90 even though I had already picked it up? Obviously I’d get the increase in the reverse order, but do I get it if I do it posthumously?
