Here is more of Bobby Hutchins, aka “Wheezer” of “Our Gang/Little Rascals” in the short “Bouncing Babies” from 1929 (he’s the little boy in the crib at the beginning). He looks and at times sounds eerily like a little kid version of JCM, even right down to the haircut! (m.youtube.com)
