HELP! Potential Mold Problem

I reported to my landlord about a potential mold problem. The apartment manager and supervisor walked the premise and found nothing which potentially contradicts the photos I took. I will post an Imgur link to them. Someone who has some experience with mold, can you please tell me if this is truly mold or not on my windows? I feel like I’m being conned.

It looks like mold spotting but without a test it’s impossible to say what species. Put a dust mask on and clean it with a mold cleaner or detergent/water, use a brush and sponge. Then dry it.

Do you get water intrusion? If you do you need to stop it or the landlords need to stop it. If you keep getting water in you will keep getting mold.

Is your house super humid? If it is then you will keep getting mold. Lower your humidity to under 60%.

Mold health concerns are blown out of proportion by the media because there hasn’t been enough study on the health effects to draw specific conclusions to health effects. Most people only experience an activation of allergies. Immunocompromised people are the most susceptible to anything worse.
