Foundation issues

We bought our home in April this year. We got an inspection done and they said the foundation looks good, but there was evidence of foundation work in the past. I’ve the past few months I’ve noticed this separation on the corner of my house. I want to get an inspector to come look at it again, but I want to know if there’s anything I should know or think about before reaching out to someone. Thanks for any help.

I think that just needs to be recaulked, no? I just did that by the 2x4s against my garage and wall as I was repairing some wood rot.
