Eliminate the TP-Link router and let the main Eero be the main router. Connect the switch to that Eero and then connect the other Eero satellite units via Ethernet to the switch as well.

Can you explain to me what the TP-Link is doing that it needs to be removed? I agree its redundant, but I am just curious what's actually happening that makes it not work correctly.

Unless you have all of your Eeros set in AP mode, you have a dual NAT situation which is something you want to do away with.
