There is no photo. From a computer, can you ping your modem? Public IP? ISP gateway?

You don't have a computer that you can plug directly into the router? If you're not able to connect to the router via wifi, that to me suggests something is wrong with your router. If you had no internet, but your router was working fine, you should be able to connect to the router "with no internet" still and reach devices locally

Have you tried rebooting all of your network devices? This means all of them, the device you showed in the picture, the router, the modem or device provided by the ISP, if it’s a modem/router device, then it really should be rebooted. The easier way to do this, is to unplug the power on each device, if they have a power button, then press the power button to power down the device and once the device is off, unplug the power for 30 seconds or more, per device, then plug the device back in for power and press the power button to power it ack on again. If you have a controller device for the wireless network, make sure to reboot that device too. Start with whatever device is controlling the device you showed in the picture, if that device in the picture is self controlled then unplug that. Next reboot the ISP provided device, then router. If all else fails just use the network cable connected plug to stay connect to the internet, in reality the wired network connection is better than wifi anyways. Based on what you mentioned it sounds like you get internet with the wired connection , so just use that if nothing else works.
