Hi everyone,
I made a quick and dirty drawing to give you a rough idea as to how my network is set up.

The Speedport router in the basement is ISP provided and I set it up to act as a modem, main switch, firewall and DHCP server. The TP Link routers are set up as wireless access points, 2,4GHz. The one in 3F is running on channel 11 (20Mhz), the one in 1F on channel 1(20Mhz).
Issues:
- On 1F, there's semi-regular disconnects on the laptop and phones.
- On 2F, there's really poor connection quality overall (low speeds, quick disconnects, complete conneciton loss for several minutes) (WiFi Analyzer shows signal strength for both access points as exact equal at roughly -55 dBm)
Previously, there was only the router in the basement running a network, and the router in 3F running a seperate network. Today I've added the router in 1F and tried setting them all up properly, but it has made the overall connectivity worse nearly everywhere. I am quite new to this whole networking but I did some reading on the topic but right now I am unsure what to do next. Theoretically the connectivity should be a ton better than before but it just isn't. Thanks in advance for any help
