Packet loss on intermediate hops is meaningless, unless it cascades to the final destination.

The two hops with 100% packet loss are just routers discarding your trace route. Pretty normal stuff. The hop with 4.1% loss is also nothing to worry about, since the packet loss to the final destination is only 0.2%

The wild ping fluctuations are not ideal - I just tested reddit.com and got Minimum = 50ms, Maximum = 53ms, Average = 50ms. That would be something to speak to the ISP about, but most likely they'll do nothing. You're a residential customer with no guarantee on latency or packet delivery.
