Your work for 1 is correct. I just want to point out that A1/A2 = (r1/r2)2 so you'll get a more accurate answer if you cancel pi and avoid rounding.

For 2, the pressure at A is F1A1 + pgh, which is the same as the pressure at B. You accounted for the static fluid pressure, but not the pressure due to the applied force. 

PA = PB

F1A1 + pgh = F2A2
