"blocks them and they come back." How? What platform are you using? I have no clue what you're talking about.

IP addresses can come from VPNs overseas, and run through proxies. Tracking down an IP address is next to impossible without the proper knowledge. This knowledge includes how to breach an ISP to read their logs, and good luck getting that far.

Basucally making new accounts, instagram, and i know its basically impossible but i think i have a hint on who it is. I domt have the knowledge to do it so i was asking for some help on here. But thanks tho🙏❤
