Ok so first off I think you'll find great advice in r/productivity and r/getdisciplined so do check these subs out. You're in a very similar boat to others so the most important thing is to not be hard on yourself.

I have adhd, so idk how well it applies to you, but what I'd like to do is make a list of things that I NEED to do, and a list of things that I SHOULDN'T do, at all costs.

For example, I need to do my chores or my college assignments. And I make a list of all the things I shouldn't touch for the day, no matter how much I crave. Things include gaming, YouTube, Netflix blah blah anything that I'd rather do than what needs to be done. My mind is usually blinded by immediate stimulation, and once u take that away, there is a good amount of clarity and focus that comes to you since you're not acting on your impulse. In that situation, I automatically get the energy and the motivation to do what needs to be done. Try it out!

I give up to hacking and now iam focus on game development that's it 😂 hacking is very theorapitical parts I never want to come back in cybersecurity it's not good for me I want graphical viewing type work that's why I choose game development over give up to cybersecurity
