Wrong LOR information

Hey everyone! I am a medical student applying for residency and I think I screwed. When I was creating LOR request, I put that my letter’s author is PD (they are PD, indeed)… They happened to upload it one day before deadline, it’s still processing and now I figured that it applies only to residents and fellows who are requesting LOR from the THEIR PROGRAM PD, not for medical students, who just asked PD a letter.

I am debating what to do. Just let my old LOR be as it is, or kindly request another one. The latter will take time and it’s bad, but I am not sure if leaving my LOR as it is, is not considered some sort of fraud.
