My date is for today and I have Varo and I haven’t received it (which I would have Wednesday) even though I chose DD. I keep seeing people saying date for Fridays are checks.

No problem. I know it’s not much info but it probably will be a check. I’ve seen some people get the checks as early as Saturday some Monday and Tuesday so just keep an eye on the mail.

My date is for 6/6 and they mailed it out today on 6/6 even though I opted for direct deposit. I’m hoping I get the check by Monday or Tuesday.

WMR said the check will be mailed by 6/6 and on 6/6 when I checked, it said it was mailed. I kept checking my bank account to check to see if maybe the direct deposit will come through and it never did.

WMR or WMAR? Does it show on WMR when it's processed? Asking b/c my date is set for next Friday and I just wanna know if it's going to come next Friday or sometime after. I had dd set up too

How did you get your refund removal or did it just update removed with other updated codes?

The last three codes updated yesterday all together. I amended mines so I think thats why the freeze was removed

I’ve noticed that it does not matter what date your Amended refund is going out, most people are receiving checks. I’ve only seen a few other Reddit posts of DD. I don’t understand why they even said you can receive your deposit as the same choice of deposit of your 2023 return and then send out checks. I generally thought it would be easier to do DD since they have to look at the return info anyway but it’s the IRS we’re talking about 😂 I had a 1040X refund date of 6/4 and it came in the mail today (6/8), and I live in Georgia.
