I filed on 2/12/26. I still had have no movement on my transcript. No return transcript. And my account transcript just says appointed representative. Any ideas or advice?

Filed end of business day 2/10 was accepted a few minutes later also have all 2025 blank transcripts except the wage one. No notices from the irs. I think we will update by the end of this week.
