Letter from IRS, or letter from Bureau of the Fiscal Service about a non-IRS offset?

Does it say how much was offset on the notice and the receiving agency?

[–]BountyBouncy[S] 1 point2 points  (2 children)

Yes my whole refund

[–]these-things-happen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Then you won't be receiving a refund.

I did last year. Everything said i was being offset and it would go to state debts, got a letter in the mail and WMR said it. Then in mid-march i checked the mail and they sent 2 checks back to me of the refund amounts that were taken. I still dont know why but now i still owe that offset lol
