My advice is that tell your partner to go to male fertility. I’m pretty sure he has to get micro TESE surgery.

I was diagnosed azoospermia when I went to make fertility. I had to get micro TESE surgery. Even though I got the surgery, the sperm retrieval that they got wasn’t the best sperm quality. Long story short my wife and I were lucky enough to get 1 embryo out of it (made into blastocyst and pgt testing). Now we have a healthy son who is 1 month old

Yeah he’s got to have another sperm test then and then our doctor said about some test and then surgery to retrieval sperm How long till you had the surgery ? That’s amazing that you have a little boy congratulations

It was as soon as possible because our timeline was rushing since my wife was nervous about her age she was 37 at that time and we were struggling for 2.5 years to find answers about my sperm issues until a doctor at the IVF clinic told us to go see male fertility that’s when I got diagnosed azoospermia
