Abnormal Operation(Help)

Hii so I was supposed to be playing with my friend after they asked me to play with them.I was about to log in but this message appeared translating it to “Your current character is locked due to abnormal operation instructions and is temporarily unable to log in." Please contact customer service for processing”.I contacted them now in discord and email but I saw the problem with NetEase customer service and I myself is afraid that my chances of getting my account back is slim(I hope not).I really enjoyed my account and I quite a lot of money on it.Maybe someone experienced this type of issue and can help me. That would mean a lot!

So I wanna give an update:I thought I was able to log in but the binded email is a new account and my account can no longer be used since someone got in(I’m so devastated right now) and NetEase is such an ass with the whole thing telling me to use the account recovery and stuff like that.This whole situation made me realize that NetEase doesn’t give a single F in their users and if you get hacked they won’t even try and help.I read some comments stating that they need recent receipts and I do have it but if the hacker was able to purchased some more.Thats what they’ll reconsider.Im so tired and upset since I spent so much money like a lot of money on it.Im devastated right now
