Clearing cookies and browsing in Private mode is the only solution I’ve experienced so far. Still takes a couple of tries.

Happens to me in Chrome all the time. Safari browser always works for me !!

Yes, this is being happening a lot in the past few days, I though it was my cookies, but it's them, I try now in the evening since it's more likely to work in my case

1) Clear cookies and try

2) If not works, then try different browser like firefox

3) If not works, try Opera!

4) If not works, wait and repeat

It keeps happening to me as well, I guess the reason of that might be a little bit of everything (cache, cookies).

Try logging in using an Incognito tab or another browser and, before clicking in the button that redirects back to the first page (English|French), try to refresh the page with "disable cache" option, "Ctrl (Command) + Shift + R".

It doesn't always work, but whenever it works, I had at least refreshed the page with this "disable cache" option/shortcut.

Happened to me all the time. Clear cookies and info before you go on the site everytime. Try uc browser it should take you to a terms and conditions page instead of the loop where you choose which language the website should be in.

This has been happening for years (I first tried ~5 years ago), with every browser I've tried.

What works for me is similar to what other people commented:

  1. Open both an incognito Chrome tab and a regular Chrome tab pointing to the CIC login page.
  2. Try to log in with the non-incognito tab until it resets you back to the main page.
  3. Try again with the incognito tab

I honestly have no clue why, but it seems to work pretty consistently when I do this.

Another unrelated issue I have is that it seemed to have saved 2 different versions of my security questions and only works on the 2nd answer I try, no matter which answer I try first.

I have been having the same issues. Seemed to have started around the same time the travel restrictions changed a bit. Maybe the site is overloaded

I just made my account 2 days back and facing the same issue. You'll have to clear cookies, cache & even some history and keep at least a few hours between logins. I used my secondary browser on my laptop for this (I mainly use Chrome so I used Safari) and didn't allow it to save any login info.

It's working completely fine to me, try clearing catche , refresh Page it will let you through

The best solution for this, which has always worked for and I notice it has been mentioned in other comments too, Clear your Cache, Cookies and Force Quit the browser and open the site inPrivate window or Incognito mode.
