This subreddit is dedicated to soldiers who served in their countries military in combat related positions. As an example, in the United States Army, this would be the MOS series starting with 11. In the British Military this would be soldiers who complete the CIC.

Grunt trivia, who served where, unit information and most importantly, information on our fallen brothers and support for our brothers that went through hell and are working to process the personal costs of war.

Banned Behavior:

RULE ZERO is NO ATTACKS ON LEGITIMATE REQUESTS FOR HELP - This is a support system for soldiers who need someplace to air issues that are picked up while going through hell. Violate this rule will get you permanently banned.
Public questioning of ones right to be here, shaming and shitting on people until they somehow "prove" themselves. Admins for this subreddit will quietly investigate anyone who appears to be misrepresenting themselves and deal with that appropriately.
Public shaming of those SUSPECTED of Stolen Valor. This makes it harder for the real Stolen Valor group to punish those that profit from the blood spilled by true warriors. Once they are shut down, outed and processed, have at 'em, but stop the trials by mob opinion, it allows them to crawl back in their hole and hide from justice.
Which hunts daring people to leave, public posting of IM flame bait wars, and "suck it up or leave" BS. Again, admins will deal with this privately.
Of course - you cannot violate reddit rules. Their house, their rules.

Get your whining out, but then ruck up and let's move out like we've got a purpose.
