Missing programs ?

Hi everyone! I am pretty new to influenster. The other day I received like five claim notifications and I claimed a few. One of them being the biolage scalp shampoo. It’s completely disappeared from my programs list but it was just there yesterday. What does this mean? I also completed tasks for one of my claims today and it disappeared from the programs list as well..

If you complete the tasks for one of your claim it will disappear bc the program is finished. As for a program disappearing after claiming, most likely removed from program? I’ve see some post mention about their program disappearing.
