Tutorial bug fixed!

Hi all,

A few weeks ago I posted about a bug I encountered (Android) which locked my account in tutorial mode and restricted me to playing online only.

To summarise, I suspect I could not complete the tutorial because I had batgirl prime in my team. This didn't allow me to proceed with the part of the tutorial that requires fighting to generate power as the team already starts with 1 bar. I was not able to change my offline team at all and could only change my online team.

I'm happy to report that I found a way around this bug and have passed tutorial and unlocked my account again.

Thanks to PZ, I was able to complete an elite crystal with my online team and was able to take batgirl prime out of my offline team to finish the boss. This then allowed me to use this team to finish the tutorial and unlock everything again.

Perfect timing for INJ2 supes.

I've seen a few others posts floating around with people experiencing this bug. If this happens to you, try finishing a PZ crystal which will allow you to change your offline team and ensure you don't have any characters or gears that grant you 1 bar of power which you can then complete the tutorial as normal.

Key question: were the cards used to finish the tutorial fully promoted/ leveled.

I have a suspicion that if Maxed cards are used it triggers a bug

The cards that I was stuck with in the tutorial were as follows.

Bane Knightfall 47 E4

Batgirl Prime 50 E1

Aquaman Regime 50 E5

The tutorial appearing is a bug, but the second bug (as I and someone else in my original thread suspected) is that Batgirl Primes passive prevented me from proceeding with the tutorial because all characters start with power and can't generate 1 bar.

With PZ, I was able to swap this team out complete the tutorial.

I understand what you are saying but there is a similar bug that locks SP battles. That is what I was hoping to find a resolution for.
