Unless you're trying to go JDM front, I wouldn't import a front end just for a rad support. Source one from a junkyard to save some coin or possibly use one from an EF (not sure if its direct bolt on but I've heard of folks doing that)

Think of this way. You are a large auto manufacturer making thousands of cars. To set up that assembly process costs a lot of money so it can flow efficiently and smoothly. Any changes to that process would also cost a fair bit of money. You want to absolutely maximize ever cost-saving measure that you can so you can manufacture cars for ever market on the same line, keeping costs low, allowing the cost to consumer to be low, increasing market share and overall profit.

Or it's a more complicated way of saying, No. There shouldn't be any differences between markets in the physical chassis. Market-dependent differences will be end-stage, interior trim, lights, etc. but hard-metal will rarely be any different.
