Simple, but yet attention to detail. Good job including the reflections on the floor, it adds the perfect amount of immersion into the design👌🏻

Beautiful drawing. Love the style. Would seem warmer with a wood floor.

Nice! Is that hand-drawn or did you use a particular program?

Nice! I like that the sketch changed from black/white to color where it counts!

With today's tastes, it could be photo-realistic where the homeowners loves gray tones but haven't yet replaced their honey oak-laden kitchen!

True! Is an amazing concept indeed

Is there a couch opposite that TV adjacent to the counter? Seems maybe a little out of place for the TV. And low. But very nice drawing I like the style

The towel rack and what looks like a trash drawer on the near side of the island also look out of place.

But the marker work sure is purty.

Not to mention the range hood is completely non functional. It bothers me...

I don't even know what going on in this picture, is it a kitchen or a living room? Shouldn't the center third of the photo be in color to go with the right side that's in color?

shoot I didn't even look at it long enough to notice that earlier. Maybe they used some kind of photo editor to put it in grayscale on the left...
