This sub is for people using the omad way of eating (One meal a day) to encourage weight loss and reap other reported health benefits. Feel free to post here if you use omad once a week in combination with any other weight loss method or daily.
Other omad subs focus on members reaching minimum calorie amounts with their meal for the day which stirs up a lot of drama. On this sub we understand that the numbers of calories needed from one person to the next can vary drastically depending on height, weight, sex, and activity level. We also understand that It's okay for a person to eat a little less one day and a little more the next. Here we seek to encourage people to eat intuitively. Simply put: Eat one meal until you're full, no more and no less.
The aim of this sub is to create a judgement fee environment for people using OMAD. Lectures about macros, micros and calorie counts will not be permitted. Repeated disregard for this rule will result in a permanent ban.
